Kate Hudson Exudes Playful Luxury in Fendi for Jimmy Fallon Episode
Kate Hudson embraced refined opulence in a Fendi ensemble as she visited The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in New York City on a Wednesday night to promote her upcoming film Song Sung Blue.
The Oscar-nominated star of Almost Famous, styled by Sophie Lopez, debuted an outfit from Fendi’s fall 2025 ready-to-wear line. The look featured a pastel duchesse top and a coordinating skirt, with the top displaying a plunging V-neck and gentle ruching at the waist, while the high-waisted midi skirt added a modern silhouette through its clean lines and sharp angles.
Hudson completed the outfit with peep-toe pumps adorned with small gemstone buckles. She kept jewelry minimal so the Fendi piece could stay the centerpiece of the look.
For hair and makeup, hairstylist Jacob Rozenberg gave Hudson shoulder-length, sun-kissed waves with a centered part, pairing them with natural, beachy texture. makeup artist Romy Soleimani crafted bold brows, defined eyes, and a glossy lip to finish the appearance.
The top and skirt were first unveiled on Fendi’s fall 2025 Milan Fashion Week show, a collection that marked the luxury house’s centennial. The lineup emphasized opulence with draped forms, lingerie-inspired dresses, statement coats, and rich tailoring, including eel skin and leather pieces, as well as crystal-embroidered accents.
Hudson’s Tonight Show appearance aligned with the film’s promotional run for Song Sung Blue, a drama-comedy that follows Mike and Claire (portrayed by Hugh Jackman and Hudson) as they form a Neil Diamond tribute duo, navigating early success and romantic hurdles. Song Sung Blue opens in theaters on December 25.
